The Clipper “Stad Amsterdam”
The Clipper Stad Amsterdam called at Lisnave shipyard for a technical stop and small maintenance works.
The vessel launched into water in the year 2000, with a length of 76m and 31 sails with a total sailing area of 2200m². It has the capacity to sail with engine or exclusively with sails, allowing a noise-free navigation through the ocean.
In Portugal we benefit from the excellent climate and with Serra da Arrábida and Setúbal city as a landscape the vessel at sunrise sets out on a new sailing trip across the Atlantic Ocean to discover the world.
