Lisnave assumes that Health
and Safety (HS) is an essential factor on the company performance and
sustainability.
The company grants HS conditions by organizing its processes, by making
available the means and by adopting in all its activities the measures
that aim the prevention of professional risks and promoting the people
health and goods protection, including its collaborators, clients,
suppliers and the community.
By adopting this policy, the company aims to follow the labour
legislation and regulations related to HS as well as the good practices
adapted to its activity. It is also a target to promote a “company
culture” that gives priority to the conception and implementation of
further safer processes.
In its relationship with Clients and Suppliers, namely services, the
company communicates the HS policy that should be imperatively followed.
Top Management:

Promotes the management of the HS System, by
stimulating the Company Collaborators to watch over their own safety
and also third parties, and to promote the adoption of measures that
drive to a reduction on the number of accidents, injuries and
diseases connected their work, identifying and reporting the unsafe
situations detect.

Allocates both finance and human resources
necessary for the maintenance of the HS Management System.

Promotes the implementation in all processes the
prevention measures and collective or individual protection adequate
to the risks of HS, with the involvement of all collaborators for
elimination, mitigation and control of those risks.

Does not subscribe any urgent situation that might
endanger people and goods integrity and jeopardize company activity.

Promotes and makes available the necessary means,
to spread information, to training actions, meetings and others,
involving all interested parties so that the HS Management System
can achieve its targets.

Stimulates the continuous improvement of labour
conditions and HS Management System, in the work organization,
procedures, operations, facilities, machines and equipments.
